Himaqtein (حماقتیں) was authored by Shafiq ur Rahman and it was published in 1953. Shafiq ur Rehman was an eminent Urdu writer from Pakistan. Shafiq ur Rahman was born on November 9, 1920 in Rohtak, British India and the dearest humorist was passed away on March 19, 2000 in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
Shafiq ur Rahman was a physician by profession and he had also joined the Medical corps of Indian army during world war two. After Pakistan came into being he joined the Pakistan army and eventually he rose to rank of general. Himaqtein is one of the best humorous book by Shafiq ur Rahman.
